Once your order has been successfully placed, our team begins preparing it for shipment.

Processing typically takes 1–3 business days, during which your items are inspected, packaged, and prepared for dispatch.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.


Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your destination.

  • Europe: 5–10 Business Days
  • United States & Canada: 6–12 Business Days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 6–12 Business Days
  • Rest of the World: 7–15 Business Days

Please note that these are estimated delivery windows and may occasionally vary due to customs inspections, weather conditions, local courier delays, or periods of high demand.


Order Tracking

Every shipment includes a tracking number.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may require 24–72 hours before becoming visible.


Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before completing your purchase.

SUNCELAND cannot guarantee modifications after an order has entered processing.

Orders returned because of incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees before reshipment.


Multiple Packages

To provide faster delivery, orders containing multiple products may occasionally be shipped separately.

If this happens, each shipment will receive its own tracking number.


Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local government fees depending on your country's regulations.

These charges, when applicable, remain the responsibility of the customer.


Delayed Deliveries
